Trevor joined Douglas Stevens & Co in 1999 and now has 24 years’ experience in the profession. As of June 2011, Trevor is now on the RICS President Panel of Arbitrators.
He deals primarily with active asset management initiatives within shopping centres, including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring, from strategy formulation to implementation through to completion, having represented a host of landlords including Chester Properties, Hermes, Thornfield, Standard Life, F&C, ING, Royal London, Invista, Schroders and UBS. As such, he has been involved in a variety of towns throughout the UK including Barking, Crystal Peaks, Dartford, Durham, High Wycombe, Leicester, Norwich, Redditch, St Albans, Southampton, Wakefield, Walsall and Yeovil.
He also acts for clients on High Street properties including Santander UK plc, J Leon, AXA, Scottish Widows, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Redefine, Praxis, Canada Life and The RO Group.
In addition he has been instructed on high street agency by specific clients including Henderson, Scottish Widows, AXA and KFH, having acquired 2 new branch premises within Greater London and disposals in Canterbury, North Audley Street, London W1, Chatham, Walsall and Watford.
In this spare time Trevor likes to run and play the occasional game of golf.
