Douglas Stevens & Company were involved in the redevelopment of the site on the corner of High Street and King Street, immediately opposite the main entrance to the Harlequin Shopping Centre in Watford.
This complicated land assembly procedure involved purchasing all the surrounding buildings in order that the developer could submit a detailed planning application to create a high quality eating and dining leisure destination which Watford was crying out for.
Operators who have taken space include Carluccio’s, Wagamamas, Ask t/a Zizzi, Prezzo t/a Chimichangers and Nandos have taken a second unit in the town.
