Shopping Centre Asset Management - the expertise shown in this arena underpins advice given when involved in investment purchase/disposal of shopping centres. Comprehensive advice is provided regarding lease buybacks and regrants, tenant mix, extension opportunities, refurbishment, letting strategy, lease regears and re-configuration. The main thrust of the advice is to ensure performance is maximised.
